Changes and Returns (14 days)
Period
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Conditions
To be eligible, the item must be unused, odorless, stain-free, and in original condition (with tags/packaging if applicable).
How to request it
Start the request from the contact form indicating: order number, item(s) and reason. We will reply with the steps.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the item arrives defective or incorrect.
Exchanges (size / model)
Exchanges depend on stock availability. If you need another size, in many cases the fastest way is return + new order.
Damaged or wrong products
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and package. We will offer a solution (replacement, refund, or alternative as appropriate).
Refunds
Once we receive and review the return, we will process the refund to the original payment method. The time for it to reflect depends on the bank/payment provider.
Cancellations
We can cancel an order only if it has not yet been processed or shipped. Once in transit, it is not possible to cancel it.
